Saffola Honey – Assured Cashback Offer
Terms and Conditions

1. This Offer is valid only from 05.03.2025 to 02.07.2025. Any entries post or before this period will not be considered. 
2. Cashbacks shall be provided through one of the following available options - UPI & National Electronic Funds Transfer (hereinafter referred to as “NEFT”), which shall be selected by the Consumer/Participant.
3. The Participants agree to provide their name, phone numbers and UPI details/requisite bank details, so as to enable NEFT, to Marico Limited & Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd which shall be validated by Marico Limited & Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd before releasing the cashback. 
4. Marico reserves its absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any terms and conditions of the offer, at any time, without prior notice.
5. One mobile number and one email id can participate and earn assured cashback of INR 100 only once a month and maximum twice during the Offer period.
6. INR 100 Cashback is only available on Saffola Honey Active 500g, which clearly stipulates “Assured Cashback of Rs. 100” on the front of pack and upon fulfilment of the conditions mentioned hereinbelow (“Offer”). Please note, packs without this promo are also available in the market. 
7. This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offers on Saffola Honey Active

The Participant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions of the Offer.
• Participant confirmed that he/she/they are at least 18 years of age. Participant acknowledges and undertakes that they do not impersonate any person or entity, falsely claim or otherwise misrepresent themselves in any manner.
• These T&Cs are in addition to Marico’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions.
• Marico Limited shall not be liable to make any payment towards any expenses which is incurred by the Consumers/Participants/Winners whatsoever.
• All taxes, if any, shall be borne by the Consumers/Participants / Winners alone and Marico Limited shall not be liable to bear the same.
• None of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to constitute a Partnership or Agency between Participants and Marico Limited, and Participants shall have no authority to bind Marico Limited in any manner whatsoever.
• Marico Limited accepts no liability for any errors or omissions, whether on behalf of itself, Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd Participant, or any Third Parties. The Participants acknowledge that all information provided in the Offer is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
• In no event shall Marico Limited be liable for losses or any incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Offer. Marico Limited shall not be responsible for any Product or Service liability of any kind.
• Participants shall be solely responsible for any consequences including but not limited to those which may arise due to any kind of infringement of trademarks or copyrights or any kind of intellectual property rights belonging to any other person/entity etc., and also undertake to fully indemnify Marico Limited, its Directors, Officers, Employees, etc. on the happening of such an event (including without limitation cost of attorney, legal charges etc.).
• Participant understands that this offer is not a “payment system” and that Marico Limited is not a “bank” as under the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007.
• Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these terms and conditions and any circumstances whatsoever, Marico Limited shall not be liable for any incidental, ancillary, direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages including but not limited to lost profits or injury or death, whether in contract or based on any theory of liability.
• If the operation of the Offer (including without limitation the operation of the internet/application system) or the Offer is prevented by a Force Majeure event, Marico Limited may cancel all or any part of the Offer without any liability to any person whatsoever. “Force Majeure” shall mean any delay not occasioned by the fault or negligence of Marico and which results from (without limitation) acts of God or public enemy, prohibitions, priorities or allocations imposed by any governmental authority, embargoes, fires, floods, typhoons, earthquakes, delays of similar natural or governmental causes, or any other circumstances beyond Marico's reasonable control.
• Marico Limited is not responsible for participants having any different understanding/interpretation of the Offer other than the one provided by the company. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained by Marico Limited.
• These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters/disputes arising out of or in relation to this Offer.
• Marico Limited shall store and process all data provided by the Participants in accordance with applicable laws.
• In the event the Participant wishes to withdraw their consent as to the data shared in furtherance of this Offer, the Participant may follow the process provided under the Marico Privacy Policy.
• The customers are not bound in any way to participate in or avail of this Offer. The participation in this Offer is voluntary. The Offer is being made purely on a best-effort basis.
• If the operation of the Offer (including without limitation the operation of the internet/ application system) or the Offer is prevented by Force Majeure event, Marico Limited may cancel all or any part of the Offer without any liability to any person whatsoever.

How to participate:
• Consumer/Participant purchases the promo pack of Saffola Honey Active 500g.
• The Consumer/Participant should obtain the 12-digit alpha-numeric code (“Unique Code”) from under the Cap lid.
• The Consumer/Participant should scan the QR code present on the label back of the pack or visit www.saffolahoneyoffer.com.
• Enter the Unique Code, Name, Email, Mobile No and state and click Submit to receive their OTP on microsite, the consumer gets the option of cashback through UPI or NEFT payout worth Rs. 100 only.
• Upon selection of the option of UPI/NEFT and entering the required details the payout to the Consumer/Participant will be actioned within 48 hours, subject to the UPI ID/bank details being provided are valid and correct.
